Sites Not Accepted In Our Directory

• Sites not in English (we only accept English Sites).
• Sites that redirect to another site.
• Absolutely no Adult, Warez, Gambling, Pharmacy, Herbals, Medications, Smoking, Dating or Russian Brides, Escorts, Marijuana, BANS
• Any form of illegal sites containing copyright destruction, violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, or vulgarity will be deleted.
• Spammy sites (MFA), or poor quality websites not accepted.
• Sites full of just Affiliate Ads will not be accepted.
• Sites under construction or parked will not be accepted.

Proper Submission Policy

We wish to keep this a quality directory, please follow below.

• Use proper titles and do not spam it with keywords. Remember this is a title, not a sentence, use correct grammar.
• Use complete sentences within your description. We do not have time to edit your forgotten grammar.
• Use correct punctuation.
• Do not capitalize the first letter of words you feel are important.
• Overuse of any keyword will automatically result in deletion. This is within the title or the description.
• Do not add your domain in the title. (ex: www.domain.com)
• Do not use characters such as : or | within the title.
• Submit to the correct category/subcategory.

Basic rule of thumb  for keyword stuffing: more than 2-3  times within the description, but this depends on actual content of description.

Terminology

• Sponsored : This listing always is in a box and above all free listings.
• Deep Links: This is links on the same domain as the listing you are submitting
  Example: Listing Url is http://www.domain.com the Deep Link would be http://www.domain.com/something.
• Sub Domain:  This is a sub domain :  mysite.domain.com    or www.domain.com/mysite

Refund Policy

• Rejected Submissions: A full refund will be given if your listing has been rejected

Modifications to listing

• Removal of listing: This is provided free of charge, however, you must show proof you have permission to make the request.
• Listing modification : You may change your title or description for free ONE time, after that a fee will be charged.
• Link change: You may not swap one domain in a listing for another. If your client wants their URL removed, it will be removed, however, it can not be swapped for another domain.

We reserve the right to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time.

General Terms
You acknowledge that the content on this site is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of us or third parties. The contents on this site is not allowed for copying, reprinting, distribution or use for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You acceptpayment does not guarantee the acceptance and guaranteed inclusion of the products or services listed in our directory and/or advertised on this website.

Submission and Inclusion

You unconditionally agree that the sites you submit are true and accurate best of your knowledge. You agree that the editors of the directory may remove your listing,edit and modify your listing for any reason, either for violation of our submission guidelines. We at our sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.
We reserve the right to delete, without notice, any website it deems objectionable or unsuitable for inclusion.

Spam and Automatic Inclusions

We do not tolerate spam submissions and automatic software. If it comes to the notice that any user involved in SPAM or automatic submissions we reserve the right to ban the user, their IP and/or the domain they are submitting.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the directory, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of sites you submit, or make available through the service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

2. Description of infringed work
3. Information about the website/domain name that infringes your work and where exactly the infringement spotted site
4. Name and URL of directory.
